These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and eae77 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). eae77 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any account at any time if eae77 has reasonable grounds to believe that an eligibility condition has not been or is no longer being met. Where an account is closed on eligibility grounds, eae77 will return any undisputed real-money balance to the player via the same payment method used for deposit after completing any required verification checks.

To access eae77's services, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. The following rules apply to all registered accounts:

1. Each player may hold only one registered account. If eae77 discovers that a player holds multiple accounts, eae77 may close all accounts associated with that player and forfeit all balances, bonuses, and pending winnings across those accounts.
2. You must provide a valid Bangladesh mobile phone number and a password of your choosing during registration. Your phone number is your primary account identifier and must be the number you personally own and have access to.
3. eae77 may at any time request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address. Accounts may be restricted or frozen pending KYC completion.

5. eae77 accounts are personal. You may not transfer your account, account balance, or any entitlement to winnings to another person, whether by sale, gift, assignment, or any other means.

1. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, however eae77 may apply deposit limits on specific accounts as part of responsible gaming controls or regulatory compliance requirements.
2. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect players from unauthorised withdrawals by third parties.

• Colluding with other players to defraud eae77 or to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market. Collusion includes but is not limited to chip dumping, match fixing, and coordinated bonus abuse.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with eae77 in a manner not permitted by these Terms, including but not limited to automated wagering systems, odds arbitrage software, and any tool designed to exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting a technical error, software fault, or pricing error to place bets or claim winnings that would not have been available absent the error. Where such an error occurs, eae77 reserves the right to void the affected bets and correct any erroneous account credits.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing toward eae77 staff, other players, or any third party. eae77 reserves the right to close accounts where a player's conduct falls below the standard of basic respect expected of all users.

eae77's determination as to whether a prohibited activity has occurred is final, subject to the dispute resolution process described in these Terms. Where eae77 determines that a player has engaged in a prohibited activity, eae77 may freeze the account pending investigation, void bets or winnings connected to the prohibited activity, and permanently close the account after investigation.

All content on eae77, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of eae77 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The eae77 brand name, logo, and all related marks are the exclusive property of eae77. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use eae77 solely for your personal, non-commercial use as a registered player. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any eae77 content.

Any unauthorised use of eae77's intellectual property — including scraping, data mining, frame embedding, or reproducing eae77 content on another website without prior written consent — is a breach of these Terms and may constitute infringement under applicable law. eae77 will take appropriate legal action to protect its intellectual property rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, eae77's liability to you in connection with your use of eae77 is limited as follows:

1. eae77 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use eae77, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if eae77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
2. eae77 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free of errors, or that defects will be corrected. eae77 may suspend or restrict access to the platform for maintenance, upgrades, or reasons beyond its control. eae77's liability for platform unavailability is limited to returning any wagers placed but not settled during the period of unavailability, where technically possible.
3. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits eae77's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by eae77's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

eae77 may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

1. You have breached any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the eligibility requirements, the prohibited activities, or the account registration rules.
2. eae77 is required to do so by a court order, regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or other competent body.
3. eae77 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the account is being used for fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal purpose.
4. You have chosen to close your account voluntarily. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 3 business days. Any real-money balance in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method after completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

eae77 may revise and update these Terms from time to time at its sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when published on the eae77 website. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — eae77 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via a notice on the eae77 website or by direct communication to your registered contact details, where possible.

Your continued use of eae77 after the effective date of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, your sole remedy is to close your account before the revised Terms take effect. Closing your account before the effective date will not affect any rights or obligations that have already accrued under the previous version of the Terms.
